Devon Partnership NHS Trust has approved procedures for patients to continue taking their prescribed cannabis-based medications while in hospital.
The study is evaluating MRX1, the company’s proprietary CBD-based oral solution, as a treatment for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN).
In a first-of-its-kind clinical trial, researchers found that people who took THC and CBD had significantly less agitation compared to people who received a placebo.
