What to expect on the night:
The Centre has a formidable in-house mix of medical expertise, political nous and analytical skills that our members can depend on to bring about positive reform. In 2018, the founders ran the successful campaign to legalise medicinal cannabis. They are now making further progress, one victory at a time. Established in December 2018 by Paul Birch and Steve Moore, who together led the successful campaign to legalise medicinal cannabis in the summer of that year. Since then, they have devised a team of unrivalled experience with a mix of political nous and connections, industry insights, clinical and regulatory expertise and analytical skills. The centre exists to increase access to medicinal cannabis in the United Kingdom, delivering on this through a programme of policy formulation, political engagement, key stakeholder management, education, public events and advocacy.
