Rebel Wine cans made from 70 percent recycled cans and are fully recyclable, convenient, can be chilled to the correct temperature quickly and have a low carbon impact as they are much lighter than bottles.

One of the most common questions we are asked is: Does the wine taste good?

Our answer is yes. The wines taste great, because it’s great wine!

The wines come from the Vondeling Estate located in Voor Paardeberg in South Africa and they are award winning.

CBD has no effect on the taste of the wine.

During the Pandemic, the South African government chose to ban the sale of alcohol on three separate occasions, but wine production has not stopped and we are almost ready to ship our next containers to the UK for canning to meet the high demand for this great product that will come when we are allowed out again. This is a great time to support South African Wines.

Where did Rebel Wine start?

Having had a few medical problems over the years founder, Rupert – also known as Chief Rebel – had plenty of time to contemplate both pain and pleasure.

Fine wine was always high on his list and then he discovered CBD, which further soothed uncomfortable experiences.

As we know, CBD in its oil form can be bitter and slightly unpleasant, so after two years of experimentation he came up with the perfect combination, wine infused with CBD. We are now happier than ever in the Rebel lair.

Here are some Rebel Wine facts:

1. Rebel is made with quality, award-winning wines from Vondeling wines in South Africa. Its 2020 Rosé won Gold at The Annual Rosé Rocks Awards.
2. Rebel Wine is served in a 200ml can each containing 10mg CBD.
3. Our wine is 100 percent Vegan.
4. You won’t get high on our wine. The THC (the illegal bit) has been removed in line with government guidelines.

Generally, the CBD enhances the wine drinking experience. It has no effect on the taste or smell of the wine, although being a natural product, it can make it slightly cloudy.
