CBD brand Kloris has launched an equity crowdfunding campaign as part of its mission to become a major player in the global wellness market.

The award-winning wellness brand announced its campaign via the investment and equity crowdfunding platform Seedrs, following a revenue growth of 172 percent in the last year.

Founded by three friends in 2018, Kloris is now considered a respected name within the CBD beauty and wellness space.

The firm now has ambitions to take a major share of the global luxury wellness market, with the UK alone estimated to be worth £1 billion in annual CBD sales by 2025.

The move comes as its co-founders report increasing interest from potential investors as education and awareness of CBD grows and demand for products has hit an all-time high during the pandemic.

Focused on harnessing the ‘healing power of nature’, Kloris combines science, ethical business and respect for the environment, with everything from its product formulations to sustainable packing highly considered and beautifully delivered.

Its CBD Superboost Face Oil recently won numerous accolades from senior beauty writers, thanks to its high performance formulation, created using only natural ingredients.

“Since the inception of Kloris we have been a customer focused brand, and that became even more apparent during the pandemic when our customer interaction (albeit virtually) was even more vital,” commented co-founder Kim Smith.

“Throughout this time we have had many inquiries about the opportunity to invest in us, as consumers become more educated about putting their money into businesses that match their ethics and interests.

“After such a positive year of growth and innovative product launches, now feels like the perfect time to invite our loyal customer base to be part of the ongoing Kloris journey. We are thrilled to launch our first crowdfund with Seedrs.”

Pre-registration for the crowdfunding is now open
