Cannabis Health Announces 2026 Symposium Series in Frankfurt and London

Europe’s dedicated medical cannabis education series for clinicians and industry professionals announces two autumn events — 4 November at Mainhaus, Frankfurt, and 26 November at Conway Hall, London

As the UK’s leading medical cannabis news and education platform, today we’re announcing the Cannabis Health Symposium 2026 Series — a two-city programme of clinical education and professional development for healthcare practitioners, prescribers, and cannabis industry operators across Europe.

The series will take place on 4 November 2026 at Mainhaus, Frankfurt, and 26 November 2026 at Conway Hall, London, bringing together clinicians, researchers, regulators, patient advocates, and industry professionals to advance the evidence base and professional practice around medical cannabis.

Where evidence meets practice

Both Cannabis Health Symposia are designed to bridge the gap between emerging clinical research and the realities of prescribing. Each event focuses on the knowledge, tools, and peer exchange that healthcare professionals need to practise confidently in an evolving landscape.

The two events are designed as complementary but distinct programmes, with each city’s agenda shaped by the specific clinical, regulatory, and market context in which its audience is operating.

Frankfurt — 4 November 2026, Mainhaus

The Frankfurt Symposium will examine the German medical cannabis market through a clinical and policy lens, with a morning session covering regulation, access, and patient rights, and an afternoon dedicated to clinical science and therapeutic applications.

The programme will also examine reimbursement challenges within Germany’s statutory health insurance system, the expanding responsibilities of pharmacists as prescribing increases, and the practical guidance clinicians and patients need on driving regulations, workplace rights, and employment protections.

The afternoon clinical programme will cover cannabinoids and chronic pain — including the significance of the first European market authorisation for a cannabinoid-based medicine for chronic lower back pain — alongside sessions on safe prescribing across a number of indications.

London — 26 November 2026, Conway Hall

The London Symposium will provide a comprehensive review of the UK medical cannabis landscape for clinicians and prescribers. A regulatory and policy-focused morning will address MHRA developments, CQC compliance, NHS prescribing pathways, and patient rights — including workplace and legal considerations.

An evidence-focused afternoon will explore therapeutic applications across psychiatry, palliative care, neurodivergent presentations including ADHD and autism, and women’s health, as well as the evolving landscape of clinical trials and research in the UK.

A platform for the prescribing community

Powered by Prohibition Partners, over the last six years, we have built a dedicated audience among UK and European healthcare professionals covering clinical research, regulatory affairs, patient stories, and prescribing practice.

Full agenda details and speaker announcements will follow in the coming weeks. Early Bird Tickets for both events are now available to purchase at cannabishealthnews.co.uk/events. Sponsorship applications are also now open.
