Competition T&Cs

The promoter is: Cannabis Health / H&W Media.

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom & Channel Islands aged 18 years or  over except employees of H&W Media and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected  with the organisation or judging of the competition.

An entry constitutes following both Cannabis Health on Instagram and the Company advertising that date then a comment below. 

All entries will be chosen at random. 

Each giveaway will start at 9am when the post is added then will be closed for entries at 11:59  that night with the winner announced the following day on Instagram. Before 9am and after 11:59 the competition is closed and any entries will be disqualified. 

There will be one winner per day for the 24 days in December starting on the 1st and ending on  the 24th of December. There are no winners from 25 -31 December.

The prize is not transferable and there are no cash or alternatives offered. 

H&W Media/ Cannabis Health are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to  any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

Cannabis Health reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value  without giving notice. 

The winner will be notified by email or phone call, where we will ask for a delivery address or email  address.  

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these  terms and conditions. 

Cannabis Health/H&W Media shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to  change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective.

Cannabis Health/ H&W Media also reserves the right to cancel the competition if  circumstances arise outside of its control. 

Entrants acknowledge that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or  associated with any social media provider, and that you are providing information to the Promoter and not to any third party. 

Cannabis Health/ H&W Media cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss,  liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering this competition or accepting a prize.
