SpectrumLeaf and Voon launch revolutionary hemp pouches

An innovative new product from Spectrum Leaf and Voon, offers a natural, smokeless and nicotine-free way to enjoy some of the benefits of hemp.

SpectrumLeaf Ltd, a company dedicated to providing premium CBD-based products, and Voon Innovation, have launched Voon hemp snus pouches – a natural, vegan and smokeless cannabis alternative that is nicotine-free.

Utilising proprietary technology, the two companies have developed a revolutionary hemp pouch product to provide optimised bioavailability of hemp cannabinoids with zero THC.

The concept of developing a snus format, was to provide a smokeless alternative that is already familiar to snus users, but with cannabis offerings and without the nicotine.

It aims to give pouch users the freedom to continue with their daily usage but replace some to reduce their nicotine intake.

The Voon team created a water-soluble solution to allow for quick absorption in a hemp pouch format. After almost a year of rigorous research and development, the team came up with a unique nano emulsified extract formula which provided a quicker release and uptake compared to other non-combustible hemp alternatives in the market.

Since most European (and Scandinavian) countries are still very careful when it comes to cannabis products, it’s crucial to leverage only the hemp strain of the plant, that has no THC which may induce feelings of intoxication, but can still offer a range of benefits.
